Susi Collins is the Founder and Principal of Tide & Thrive Co., a seasoned Social Impact Strategist with twenty years of global, high-impact leadership experience from organizations including The Gates Foundation, The George Gund III and Iara Lee Foundation, Salesforce, AWS, and Nordstrom. She excels at building multisector strategies and partnerships, focusing on the crucial intersection of equity, philanthropy, and organizational effectiveness.

As a visionary leader, Susi empowers leaders and organizations to navigate and influence the tides of change, helping them build stronger, more resilient communities. She provides comprehensive strategic support—insightful and actionable—to ensure their work creates sustainable, lasting impact through trust-building.

She holds a Master of Nonprofit Administration from the University of San Francisco and a DEI certificate from Cornell, and is certified with the Ocean Healing Institute. Her leadership insights have been shaped by prestigious fellowships, such as the Aspen Institute Latino Society Program and Hispanics in Philanthropy. She is committed to giving back and has served on nonprofit boards for the past fifteen years, and currently on the UC Santa Cruz Chancellor’s Advisory Council, the Acevedo Foundation, and Poderistas.

Originally from Lima, Peru, Susi resides with her multicultural family in Los Angeles.
