CSUN & SUMA Wealth Regional Donor Landscape Assessment

In my engagement with SUMA Wealth, I conducted a comprehensive donor landscape feasibility study in Greater Los Angeles to support and scale their strategic partnership with California State University, Northridge (CSUN) and the California Governor’s Office. My work centered on mapping philanthropic alignment across corporate, foundation, and major individual donors, evaluating market appetite, funding readiness, and strategic entry points to advance wealth-building and educational equity for HSI learners. By synthesizing key ecosystem insights, competitive analysis, and strategic donor personas, I delivered actionable recommendations to unlock multi-sector capital, deepen institutional buy-in, and build sustainable funding pipelines for this marquee statewide initiative.

The UCSC x Becky G Strategic Cultural Partnership

In my partnership with the University of California, Santa Cruz (UCSC), I spearheaded a transformative, multi-sector initiative uniting cultural influence, higher education, and community advocacy to elevate the profile and sustainability of the Dolores Huerta Research Center for the Americas. Central to this strategy was collaborating with global icon Becky G, who was awarded the prestigious UCSC Chancellor’s Medal and delivered the keynote address at the 2026 Latine Student Commencement. By leveraging this historic moment, we launched a high-impact fundraising initiative that expanded financial support, deepened institutional advocacy, and reached new donor ecosystems. This effort highlights the power of cross-sector partnerships to drive meaningful narrative change—demonstrating how authentic alignment between influential leaders, academic institutions, and grassroots research centers can amplify equity, celebrate cultural representation, and secure long-term capital for movement-building work.

Strategic Philanthropy for America On Tech

In my capacity as a Senior Advisor and Fundraiser for America On Tech (AOT), I provided strategic leadership to accelerate the organization’s national footprint while deepening its regional density in Greater Los Angeles. My work focused on architecting sustainable development strategies, cultivating high-value philanthropic partnerships, and aligning corporate, foundation, and individual donors around AOT’s mission to open pathways into the tech ecosystem for underestimated youth. By leveraging deep regional networks across Southern California, I helped secure capital to expand no-cost technology education, mentorship, and career readiness programs locally, establishing a scalable fundraising model that supports both immediate regional impact and long-term national expansion.
